At Prime Bites®, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with our high-protein snacks; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Examine your package immediately upon delivery to ensure all protein brownies and snacks are present and the packaging is intact.
- 2.Contact Support
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- 3.Evaluation Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a store credit, within 3-5 business days.
- 4.Disposal or Return
Once your claim is approved, you will be instructed to either safely dispose of the product or return it using a prepaid shipping label provided by us.
